James Ha is an Associate at the Grattan Institute and co-author of Go for net-zero (Grattan, 2021). In the run-up to the Glasgow international conference on climate change in November, Grattan Institute will publish a series of reports identifying ways Australia can generate momentum towards the goal of net-zero emissions by 2050.
