Indecency masquerading as serious policy

Rubio is just the last in a conga-line of US politicians who have adopted the US belief that they are the “indispensable nation”, with a God-given right to tell every one else how and by whom they should be ruled and that they must comply with US set requirements that do not apply to themselves. This is simply another repeat of the conceit of empire that has been a feature throughout organised human societies. But it is unquestionably the worst.

As a recent study published in the Lancet demonstrated, from 1971 to 2021 US economic warfare against other countries was the direct cause of 38 million deaths. That is a sadistic record that such illegitimacies as Rubio are greatly proud of. We are so supine and infantile as to ignore that record and suck up to them as though they bear any recognisable relationship to their deceitful and mendacious claims!!
