In response to The bamboo ceiling: Australia's business failure in Asia

John Menadue spells it out clearly again

The problem he describes is so endemic in Australia that whether it be government, defence, or business, we are boxed in by ethnic, cultural, business and vested interests which are all spooned from the same soup. What he has said should not need to be said because it is all so obvious, but we must be thankful he has said it, because his message is of the utmost importance if we do not want to sink further down into the prison of blindfolded solipsistic behavior.
