When is a private school not private school

Here we go again – my friends argue that without the private schools the school system would fall over and thats true.  Sadly there are the upper class schools, the middle class schools and the lower class schools and yes there are different levels of fees paid by the parents all hidden under the umbrella of school funding, but an education should be the same education for all and its not. One only has to compare the infrastructure and sporting fields to raise questions and questions need to be asked and answered .
