Scary times

After watching The Odyssey yesterday, I immediately searched the internet to see if anyone else has made a connection to Zeus’ law and the global order upheld by the United States / Europe / the west.

Towards the end, it clicked for me, that Nolan could’ve been making a statement. Particularly when Odysseus emphasised that the Greeks were the sea people and that he had destroyed the order that the land had upheld for so long.

Just wanted to say thanks for putting these thoughts out there. I hope more folks recognise or make the connection as well.

Also hope the situation we’re in is recoverable, but as the movie suggests, the box has been opened.
