It’s about a healthy mindset
Not everything to do with wellness needs to work. Some of it might just have a feel good factor.
If it can put people on the right path, create a wellness mindset, then people will take up doing some of the things that really do work FOR THEM. They will take an interest and do research, try different things out, some of what they go with will be a total waste of money, but they are very likely to stick with some of the good stuff. Take it from someone who has being doing Pilates for around 3 hours a week for over 7 years, I spent good money on other stuff I failed to stick with before finding Pilates and most importantly, the right instructor.
People taking an interest in wellness are likely to quit smoking, not take up vaping and be mindful of the amount of alcohol they consume. And, they are likely to contribute to the 5 billion spent on wellness instead of the over 15 billion spent on soft drink.
