Bevan Ramsden is an ex-telecommunications engineer and TAFE teacher and a long-time peace activist. He advocates for Australias independence. He is a former member of the coordinating committee of the Independent and Peaceful Australia Network) IPAN) and current editor of its monthly e-publication, Voice. Bevan was also a member of the IPAN led Peoples Inquiry Working Group.
