Dilnoza completed her PhD in Political Science and International Relations at the Australian National University in December 2023. She has previously worked for UNICEF in Central Asia and at ANU in Canberra. Dilnoza’s research interests include security and policymaking, politics and security in Central Eurasia and Russia, higher education policy, and the internationalisation of higher education. Dilnoza was a Visiting Research Fellow in the Central Asia Program at the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University.
