A central characteristic of narcissistic sadists according to the great psychoanalyst, Erich Fromm, is their desire to reduce all living matter to dead matter. Fromm describes these narcissistic sadists as necrophilious characters.

We are currently witnessing the genocidal actions of a necrophilious duo of Netanyahu and Biden. The first claims to be Jewish, the second Catholic. Yet, these two serial mass psychopaths lack even the most basic empathy towards other human beings, particularly towards Palestinian women, children and men and, unquestionably, repudiate the basic moral and ethical principles of Catholicism and Judaism.

Neither Biden nor Netanyahu express even the most elementary and minimal concern for the thousands of Palestinian being murdered in Gaza. Biden and Netanyahu kill and murder in the tens of thousands, and if this war of annihilation continues in Gaza it could be in the hundreds of thousands.

The world-wide movement opposed to the unspeakable genocide in Gaza must hold these necrophilious psychopaths to account. Above all, it must urge Pope Francis to expel and excommunicate Biden from the Catholic Church. Apart from the moral righteousness of such an expulsion, the excommunication would redeem the Catholic Church from its silence during the Holocaust.

Likewise, the international Jewish community, inside and outside Israel, must subject the lies and propaganda of the Israeli government to ruthless criticism and demand the immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza in the name of common humanity with the people of Gaza. Another demand of the utmost importance is for the world international community to call for the resignation of Netanyahu and the replacement of his government with a government open to genuine negotiations with representatives of the Palestinian people.

Once this fog of lies, deception and manipulation is cleared there will be further openings to the creation of a one state with equal citizenship rights for Palestinians and Israelis.
